Global 4/14 Day Press Release
For Immediate Release:
Children’s Ministries International, Inc. will sponsor Global 4/14 Day on April 14 for the seventh consecutive year.
Global 4/14 Day, which is an international day of prayer for children and children’s ministries around the world, is a free, non-denominational event.
“There are two billion children on earth, and the majority of these kids live outside of Christ. Without Jesus, they are lost,” says Steve Karges, founder, and president of Children’s Ministries International, Inc.
“We are praying for these boys and girls around the world. We are praying that the truth of God’s Word will be made known to them through the children’s ministry of their local church,” Karges continued. “As a result, we trust that God will bring many to repentance of sin and faith in Christ. This is the reason for Global 4/14 Day. We want to pray for children and support the local church in its Biblical outreach to them.” he concluded.
Christians around the world are invited to pray on their own or with their church on 4/14/18. Pastors and children’s ministry leaders are asked to participate by organizing a time of prayer for members of their congregations on that Saturday.
Children’s Ministries International, Inc. is a non-profit Christian ministry started by Karges in 1980. The global mission of “CMI” is to glorify God by equipping leaders within the church to evangelize and disciple boys and girls based on the Authority of Scripture.
